Lorsqu&#039;il est ferm\u00e9, le disque repose contre l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de la carrosserie pour assurer l&#039;arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le style de plaquette se prend en sandwich entre deux brides de tuyau correspondantes, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un profil de corps mince \u00ab en forme de plaquette \u00bb. Les mat\u00e9riaux courants sont la fonte ductile, le bronze d\u2019aluminium, l\u2019acier inoxydable ou les plastiques techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disque:<\/strong> Un disque m\u00e9tallique profil\u00e9 sert d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment de contr\u00f4le du d\u00e9bit. Il peut avoir un bord en acier inoxydable pour une meilleure fermeture et une dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#039;arbre traverse l&#039;axe du disque et utilise des bagues ou des roulements des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Il se connecte \u00e0 l&#039;actionneur, permettant un fonctionnement manuel, pneumatique, hydraulique ou automatis\u00e9 pour faire tourner le disque ouvert et ferm\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une doublure r\u00e9siliente scelle le bord du disque contre le si\u00e8ge du corps. Lorsqu&#039;il est compl\u00e8tement ouvert, une chute de pression minime se produit lorsque le d\u00e9bit passe le bord mince du disque. La fermeture de la vanne restreint progressivement la zone d&#039;\u00e9coulement, augmentant ainsi la pression en ligne et offrant une capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9tranglement pr\u00e9cise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le disque profil\u00e9 produit un mouvement de rotation excentrique. Lorsque le disque s&#039;approche de la position ferm\u00e9e, son bord d&#039;approche rencontre d&#039;abord le si\u00e8ge. Cela forme une ligne d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sur toute l\u2019envergure du disque, coupant efficacement le d\u00e9bit.
