Our advanced shell-making process covers all key stages: cleaning, dipping, sand coating, and air-drying. The dipping and sand coating steps are repeated across seven layers to ensure the highest quality and uniformity. Premium-grade zircon sand and mullite sand are carefully selected and applied through automated sand coating, ensuring each shell meets stringent casting standards.
