This city, with its thriving private economy, once faced a credit crisis, which led to a profound understanding of the value of integrity. In 2002, Wenzhou designated August 8th as Integrity Day.

Do not participate in price wars because cost ≠ quality
In the industry, some use inferior steel to reduce costs, while others simplify processes to speed up shipments. At Xintai, we insist on:
✅ Uncompromising Raw Materials.
Most similar products on the market use non-standard steel and recycled scrap as their primary raw materials. These materials present serious quality risks: In terms of raw material composition, due to mixed sources and lack of rigorous screening, the steel contains excessive levels of harmful elements such as sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P). Secondly, due to non-standard smelting processes, the material structure is commonly uneven and has coarse grains. More seriously, these materials often contain metallurgical defects such as slag inclusions and porosity. These material defects directly affect the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the final valve, and can also pose safety risks.
However, we insist on using imported 316L and 304 stainless steel, such as specialized valve castings, to ensure our products offer more stable performance and superior quality.
✅ Intelligent Manufacturing: New “Valve” Capabilities Our company has newly introduced a fully automated shell production line and an automated precision silica sol ball valve production line, creating an intelligent manufacturing system. The fully automated shell production line is equipped with an intelligent temperature control system, enabling high-precision shell production. The ball valve production line utilizes internationally advanced industrial machinery, enabling automated precision processing from raw materials to finished product.This ensures higher quality and more stabl e products for our customers.

We participated in the development of seven national and industry standards, including those for natural gas ball valves and oxygen valves. We are the first company in China to simultaneously receive API 607 fire protection certification, API 624 micro-leakage certification, and SIL3 functional safety certification.
